Ida Culver House Ravenna boasts familiar faces, as many residents have ties to the local heritage. The community's name was taken from Ms. Ida Culver, who established the place for retired teachers. However, many residents from different walks of life now consider Ida Culver House their living space. Row upon row of trees fill the avenue of this charming neighborhood with quaint streets lined with shops and cafes. The site is more than a home, as this is where everyone feels at home with individuals across the family and friends. From the word go, the premise was built in 1949, a year close to many hearts of this city. However, aging has brought its trials and tribulations into the heritage, and sometimes the beauty of legacy seems fading due to old age. In addition, some problems have been worsened by the global pandemic. With a few years to go, the Ida Culver House could be redeveloped to provide a legacy for future generations. Once all the approvals are granted, we hope to start the construction in 2023. We are open to new residents as various citizens want to try senior housing or migrate to this city. Some have come to seek refuge, while for others, it is a long-term solution to their immediate problems. We are prepared for the transition program for residents who will be living with us when the construction starts, and they will be prioritized once the building is completed.
