Extremely disappointed with the service overall. Only two months after finishing my invisalign treatment I had a friend recommend I get invisalign (like I hadn't just had it done!). I had just spent two years and over $8k on invisalign treatment with Leone and Vaughn. I also got instructions to use my retainers for only 6 months, I wore them for a year just to be safe. I only just stopped wearing them, and my teeth have started to move back. I never received instructions to wear the retainers forever! I just had a follow up consult with Leone and Vaughn and they want another $1.5k to retreat with invisalign. Was the $8k I paid not enough to cover a minor retreat?
