Reliable Welcome to Pilates Seattle International & Physical Therapy, the Northwest's original “True Joseph Pilates” studio. In 1993, we were the only Pilates studio in Seattle. Our studio is the only true Pilates training facility in the Northwest. For over 25 years, we have an international reputation for being a place where instructors have been certified by our program. This evolution continues, as our program has certified instructors who teach Pilates in all corners of the globe. Pilates and Physical Therapy Work Together We offer two special but complementary services: Pilates and Physical Therapy. Our studio was one of the first to integrate Pilates into PT. Our Physical Therapists are also certified in Pilates, and they weave it into their rehabilitation work. They have extensive experience and a wide range of traditional and modern techniques. Our instructors have undergone extensive training. Please see our Pilates page for details on our instructors. Owners Lauren and Lori Coleman Brown founded Pilates Seattle International in 1993. PSI has been the original Pilates studio in Seattle from day one, and it has been the premier True Pilates studio. Lauren has over 25 years of Pilates experience. She is one of the few Senior Instructor Trainers for Romana's Pilates. She is also the Regional Director for west coast. Lauren also looks forward to continuing to lead her company with Steve Burrows. Since 1993, PSI has provided the best Pilates instruction seven days a week. Our studio also offers Pilates-integrated physical therapy for full recovery after injuries.
