As a nation, we must listen and stand in solidarity with others across the globe who are calling for change. We are in support of the Black Lives Matter and #StopAsianHate initiatives, as well as other programs that fight systemic racism, which results in the killing and violence against Black, Indigenous, and Latino/a/x people as well as other People of Color. Our organization pledges to look within and strive to be better each day in order to progress ourselves, our endeavors, and our connections with everyone else. We also acknowledge that voicing our disgust at these happenings is insufficient. Therefore, the firm's workforce must band together to act and demand justice. We are continually and increasingly gauging our social accountability. This adds to our ongoing efforts to make a positive impact on our planet. We are a B Corporation.
