Rain City Gym is a highly recommended gym located in Capitol Hill. The gym offers a safe and welcoming environment with plenty of equipment and amenities to meet everyone's needs. The free weights and cardio equipment are located on two different floors and there are enough turn racks to accommodate everyone. The facility is never too crowded to stay in shape, and the machines are well maintained and clean. Many clients of all fitness levels attend the gym, and friendly denizens will be helpful to your progress. The friendly owner and staff will provide you with any help or guidance you need. The gym has thus cultivated a positive and inclusive sense of community, with a more muscular attitude than many others. It's a big draw for even heavy lifters like myself and gives me a place I can call home. I highly recommend Rain City Gym and I urge anyone who is serious about health and fitness to give it a try.
