About the company Erica Keich was a classmate of Patti Abbott at the Brian Utting School of Massage. The school was known for its strong deep tissue practitioners. Erica and Patti thus both graduated in December 2002. The latter acquired the reins of business management. Erica decided to raise her children full-time and quit in December 2002. Patti has been busy growing the company since 2011.
