Shefa Yoga Roosevelt is a yoga studio based in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood. "Shefa" means "a lot" and "to heal" in Hebrew, "to give life" in Arabic, or as simply put, "divine light and flow." Our owner is Leah Zaccaria. She believes there is enough for all, and everyone can be happy emotionally, spiritually, and physically if they believe in abundance. Visit daily for Power Vinyasa and Hot Hatha classes. Our heated studio is well-insulated and calm, with an infrared heating unit, padded hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. We also have a retail boutique selling apparel and accessories.
All experience levels are welcome to drop in. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available for questions or guidance on yoga and studio life. Bring a mat and a towel for practice. Official Manduka high-quality mats can be rented; upgrade to a premium yellow Manduka hand towel. We also have special 44" bath towels and Fiji brand water bottles.
