I have used Super Friends for several moves in the past and trusted them again for our last move in June 2024. Many of our items were broken, furniture broken or scratched. All of this was brought to the owner's attention, Jakub Raich. He did respond via email and asked for details and photos which we provided within 24 hours. That was on June 24, 2024 and since then he / Super Friends have not responded to any emails, texts, phone calls, and messages left on their services. We sent a certified letter and it was returned. Their offices are now empty and according to the janitor they disappeared overnight leaving many items behind. The janitor also informed me there have been several other customers show up at this address looking for Super Friends because of major issues that have been ignored by Super Friends. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
