Our lives are busy, and our burdens are complicated. When we get up in the morning, most of us find a body that at least looks like a human. It seems so easy to meet the demands and worries of modern life. Indeed, we can also act like this annoying little thing in our heads and hearts. And that is okay because it is your priority! Do you ever feel seen by someone else? This feeling of being genuinely seen is so important. So many parts of our lives have made us feel small or insignificant. When our lives are incongruent, we have made decisions that do not reflect what we think about ourselves. We are stressed and anxious, and our unhappiness is severe. We fight to find fulfillment and an authentic feeling of self-worth. We eventually have to be accepted, loved, and valued to heal old scars and make new choices about who we want to be in the world. It is difficult, but fulfilling. It is a terrible privilege to be where I am. I am committed to you. I will be there for you. This isn't my therapy robot. It is me, a person with some experience and knowledge. I am excited to have you here with me.
