Reliable Adult Open Ballet Classes are designed for those 18 years old and above, whether you have always wanted to learn Ballet as a child but never had the opportunity, or you have taken ballet as a child and appreciate the way it makes your body supple, strong, and flexible. The next class is coming up, so enroll now. You choose when it's time to do the class. Each group that registers together will be offered required spaces. A Barre series is done for one week to give my beginning students the opportunity to repeat these exercises and allows the advanced students to concentrate with proper positioning, epaulement, and serenity in movement. This class will be a challenge for both of you; even if you were dancing as a child, the center floor exercises will be kept simple to help you gain confidence and security in dancing more comfortably.
