Choosing a nursing facility can be stressful, which is why we help you understand this process and your rights. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are available to adults of all ages. We will help you design a care plan that works for you and your family, ensuring that you achieve the best health outcomes and highest quality of life possible. Our facility can accommodate up to 165 individuals who need 24-hour medical or rehabilitative care. Group and individual activities are organized to engage and entertain. These include art, music, and dance, as well as pet visits and therapy dog sessions. The Homeward Bound program is designed to prepare residents for long-term programs or safely transition them back to their community. Residents should have the ability to return home or require a decreased level of care with the goal of gaining more independence. The recent multi-million-dollar renovation effort involved constructing a new West Wing with 49 beds. It resides in Mount Baker Neighborhood outside of Seattle. We look forward to seeing you!
