The gym overall is a clean, well-equipped facility with friendly coaching staff and a variety of course options. Both the communal weight room and group exercise studio give ample space for guests of varying age and skills, which generates an unintimidating environment for rookie participants. The locker rooms are in good condition and are created in a way that allows for an enjoyable recovery experience. The pool is another beautiful addition that is both open and unfrustrating. Plenty of machines are present, the variety of fitness classes is commendable, and the rock climbing walls are both enjoyable and challenging. The memberships are very affordable and they include some great things like hydro massages and the various group fitness classes. The gym is a wholesome, social place and this creates an excellent workout atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone starting their fitness journey.
