Customer feedback summary: 1. Used them a long time ago, and it was satisfactory. Recently tried to contact Hawkes Law Firm for two and a half months. Left many messages on the answering machine, left messages on their info link and no return calls or anything. Drove by the address they have on their webpage only to find the business that was there is no longer there; asked some businesses next to it and they said law firm had been gone five years.2. I'm convinced that they truly care. I felt nothing but pure honesty.3. I paid Mr. Hawkes to prepare my Will. Since then, he has refused to send me a copy after repeated requests. I don't know why he became so angry at my request. I have since paid another attorney to prepare my new Will. I have specified "revoked" regarding the one Mr. Hawkes prepared in case he is keeping it to seek money after I pass away.4. I do not recommend this guy especially if you are a woman divorcing. I went in with my case with domestic violence just for interview for 350 only to be told being he has all the money because I was a stay at home mom that I'm better off staying married because it would be too difficult to find him or his finances as he moved out of state..in other words he didn't want to work hard. Seems like he is team men. Very doubtful right off. Oh the other lady told me they could get me help with finding someone to help me deal with my domestic violence issues but I can do that myself. Staff was very helpful though. I have a new lawyer now and we have been able to serve him, find everything financial and use all the domestic violence against him.5. They are not close to ANYTHING I'd reply favorably too, can't even get a callback, nor response to email, so what gives? I dunno, but iv never rated ANY business as poorly, really !6. Ok I was in a car accident March it's July now I called 4 times trying to make an appointment and get feed back on how I am supposed to deal with my situation For some lawyer assistance these guys asked about my age and brief description I gave them it and never got a call back I called back told them I had... This place is unorganized and not professional. Finally, after weeks of waiting, I have a lawyer appointment for a few days from now. Can't wait to see if this lawyer is just as bad as these 2 ladies. Hope not, I will let everyone know if they were actually able to help me.
