Client Feedback Overview 1. I paid the North City Law PC $6,000 in advance. Over a year's wait for the attorney, I was charged $3,000 for NOTHING. I paid $3,000 in fees for absolutely NO work performed. They reject to return my balance and haven’t done anything. DO NOT hire this law firm. They don’t know what they are doing. Their response time is NON existent. Very, very unhappy with the service I got. They are a complete waste of time and money. Do not hire them. I will be informing the Seattle Bar Association and the Kent County Bar Association — in addition to reporting them to the better business bureau — of my grievance. The North City Law firm is in violation of accepted business practices of a law firm and the way clients are treated. Their promised process does not exist. Shame, they refuse to return my balance when they did NOT perform work. Complainant: Wesley D Tate 2. North City Law PC - I was happy to have chosen Northwest Elder Law! Evan and team were wonderful and so helpful in explaining things to us! I would highly recommend them! 3. I found Paul to be incredibly helpful in dealing with a tax issue that was really overwhelming for me. The initial conversation was really great and helped me feel a lot better. Due to a lot of circumstances out of our control it took much longer to resolve than expected, but his real belief, based on his knowledge and the law, really helped me stay the course. I appreciated some of the different strategies used as well. I'm so glad I had an advocate in my corner. 4. My wife and I have very rarely had need for a lawyer so when we were needing help with some living trust and other estate work, we were anxious about not having a lawyer and a firm we could trust. That concern is gone. Clare Bogdanowicz is an attorney with North City Law; she is awesome, and her firm is wonderful. Clare was thorough, clear spoken, and super friendly. Clare and team took care of all the estate work. Better yet, we feel like we have a solid trustworthy place as future needs arise. Thank you Clare, and North City Law PC
