At some point it was annoying text message updates for 2 months until Michael started calling weekly to update me personally until the car was done. Thank you Carstar!2. Went here as my insurance said this was one of their shops and all I would have to do is bring it there and my insurance would handle everything. Took my vehicle there to get my door and some other things fix after being ran into by an uninsured driver, and I left with multiple vertical scratches all over my windshield on the drivers side only, which is the same side that the repairs to the body were performed. They gave me the run around for weeks and then refused to take responsibilities for my window. They replaced my door with a defective door that you could clearly see the door didn't fit right. The door was not lined up with the other door. The trim was popped up in a spot. Mike told me if he adjust the door then the trim wont line up. I told him then there is a problem with the door so he needs to order a new one. After having to go back multiple times it finally was finished which took over a month. Worst experience! And now I get to pay for a new windshield.3. Never went here before I’m sure they’re a fine company, but I remember sending my kids to the store that was once here to get me a 6 pack and smokes.4. Amazing service and communication. And awesome work on our car!! Thank you CarStar.5. They did body work on my 2024 Toyota and it looks fantastic. They kept me upto date via text every step of the way. Staff was helpful and cordial. Very positive experience.6. Great work! Friendly and quick!7. Second time taking my car to them for a repair from an accident. Car looks perfect like nothing bad even happened to it. I had work done on the front left bumper, headlight, fender and paint. They finished my car 10 days earlier than the estimated date. Very happy with their service and dedication.8. My car was taken in and repaired in a timely manner despite this being over a holiday period when there were struggles getting parts and such. The team was professional, friendly and informative during the whole entire process not only that the car was promised in three weeks and I received my car in two weeks. They did a fantastic job. Fast service. 10/10 would recommend15. I took my car to Carstar Mountain highway after I was hit from the rear and pushed in to the car ahead of me 2 weeks ago. The day a drop my car off to the body shop I was treated like family, everyone there was in a meeting going over how jobs are coming and what needed to be done and so on. The lady that works the front counter saw me walk in and excited herself from the meeting to help me. She found my appointment quickly that my insurance set up and told me that my car will be taken apart some day to provide my insurance and myself what the next steps will be. Carstar kept me up to date on my car from start to finish. I got the call saying my car is ready for pickup and I headed that way. When I got there everyone remembered me. I paid my deductible and was handed my key. I walked out to do a walk around on my vehicle. I was hoping that one of the people would have come out with me to walk around my vehicle with me.
