She did not provide any special instructions, so I served the individual, delivered the documents, and sent her the affidavit and invoice. Afterward, she refused to pay my fee, claiming that I had served the wrong person. However, I sent her a copy of IDAHO LAW, which proved that the correct person had been served. Her overall attitude was very unprofessional, extremely hostile, snotty, and "know it all." This attitude is unacceptable in any business setting, and she would not be employed in my business. I am confident that the "Boss" did not see the 30-line email exchange, which demonstrates her inept attitude. You must have a professional, qualified paralegal on your staff because they typically do the preparation for the attorney. Have been trying to speak with him for over a week with no responses other than he will call you back later "today" or "I'll make sure he calls you back today" from a secretary with no follow through. I suggest finding another lawyer if you are looking for someone with follow through.
