Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Navigate Law Group. I had a probate question and used my Family Legal Plan to help pay for Estate Plans for two different relatives. Both cases had extended delays as the process dragged on for several months. My first loved one repeatedly expressed concern about the delay, so I reached out to the Law Group seeking status updates and what I needed to do to help the process along. My calls and emails went unreturned. In a far more serious situation, my father in the last stages of stage 4 lung cancer was told that his Estate Plan was being withheld because of billing issues. I desperately needed this to be resolved and inquired multiple times but received no response. As such, I reached out to my Legal Plan provider, and they explained to me that my father's estate plan should not be withheld by Navigate Law Group as per the plan's terms. The attempt to reach out to them and forward a legal notice to them made them send my father his Estate Plan. The firm's lack of urgency and the absence of prompt help were so frustrating that I will not ask them to handle my estate planning in 2026. -Client
