NW Injury & Rehab Center, P.S. Customer Feedback Summary: My experience is great every time I come in, the staff is so great. And if you can, I would highly suggest you to see Alaina! They are very accommodating and patient with my hearing impaired. The staff is very knowledgeable and really helped me in just eight weeks time. The treatment took care of the problems. I am so happy with the work that they have done I would recommend them to anyone. One of the best decision I've made. It is a Injury rehab center not a chiropractic center. They have 1 chiropractor and physical therapy. I this I had two pinched nerves going down my right leg from my lower back. My primary identified it as a strained erector - this was wrong. The therapy I received resolved this. This was true and accurate. After 8 weeks of 3 sessions week - the symptoms are completely gone and I feel better and stronger than ever. The chiropractor and physical therapist were articulate and very concise in their findings and their communication about their jobs. The staff and professionalism are top notch. Paired with a great pair of doctors creates an unstoppable force capable of assisting any patient. Highly Recommend! The clinic is very challenging to find but the clinic is excellent. It was challenging to locate a doctor that offered both chiropractic and massage services. I was also apprehensive about bringing my children with me. But they are extremely intelligent and very warm and compassionate. My children have a fun room while I do paperwork. The staff is very accommodating and patient due to my hearing impairment. They are so helpful. I honestly could not have been happier. This is a great place to come and visit for a self-checkup for your body while your children are occupied. I cannot stress this enough, I am so happy with this place. They are very warm and welcoming, and they will make you feel comfortable and at ease, all while getting the help and treatment that you need. I would highly recommend the clinic if you ever have any back pain or issues with the muscles in your back. Otherwise, this place is amazing. It is a Injury rehab, they also do massage. It was very difficult for me to walk, but the staff here was able to help me and cure my back pain within a few weeks. now I feel so much better. They have an amazing team, with a great facility and the best staff, that will help you in any way that they can. I feel so much better and I feel stronger than I have in years. I?m so grateful with all the employees at NW injury & rehab center because they are very nice, kind, and of good help one of the best decisions I've ever made. The NW Injury and Rehab Center is very welcoming and warm. It's great to come in here because the front desk team is an amazing. The girls are always smiling, warm, and genuinely friendly, it instantly makes you feel welcome and comfortable. They even make a fantastic cup of coffee, which is just the cherry on top of an already great start to every visit. The doctors are also amazing. It has helped me with my back pain before, and now I feel so much better. The doctors are amazing group of people. They are very efficient and effective in their work. In my experience, they have done well and I am very happy with their service. Dr Eric is so welcoming and friendly, that he makes me feel at home when I visit the clinic. The doctors are very nice, they always help me with my care, and they treat me like they care about me.
