Experience Summary My experience was excellent with this firm they were always very friendly and answer all my questions! I recommend them! Thank you very much for all your help and Apollo you gave me. Their lowest review is still 4 stars. This told me a lot when choosing them. I decided to replace my former attorney for outrageous oversights. They neglected to ask me for something insurance needed for over a month and put 2024 on docs for THIS year. Then they skimmed my emails and missed key information. I contacted 4 attorneys. One called me Carla. Next. 2 others never replied, but made sure to put me on their junk marketing lists. Kaylee, the intake specialist contacted me via text. We texted for a good hour. She then set up a phone consult. She was right on time calling. We spoke at length about my case and concerns I had with my former attorney. I made it clear I did not want a repeat of the experience. She explained their process fully and how it would unfold. It has been exactly as promised. My previous attorney said my chiro was bs for saying I needed more treatment and that they do that to get money. Sears wants me to get as much care as I need and be 100% recovered if possible before moving forward with settling negotiations. Thus far, everything with my paralegal is playing out accordingly.
