Client Feedback Highlights: 1. Both cases dismissed: When the sheriff offered me an attorney, Alex was reached out. He was also referred by a friend’s atorney in OR. I was initially arrested for a DUI and had my DOL hearing due to refusing the breathalyzer. I had two court cases, one for the criminal arrest and one for my civil case with WA. As my car was parked in a safe place, Alex used the defense that it was safely off the road. Fortunatly, the prosecutor for my dui court case proceeded to dismiss the charge before my planned trial and judge for my dol case dismissed it due to my attorney using the same defense.
