Client Feedback Highlights: 1. Both cases dismissed: When the sheriff offered me an attorney, Alex was reached out. He was also referred by a friend’s atorney in OR. I was initially arrested for a DUI and had my DOL hearing due to refusing the breathalyzer. I had two court cases, one for the criminal arrest and one for my civil case with WA. As my car was parked in a safe place, Alex used the defense that it was safely off the road. Fortunatly, the prosecutor for my dui court case proceeded to dismiss the charge before my planned trial and judge for my dol case dismissed it due to my attorney using the same defense. Alex had told me the reality of my situation to enable him to have both cases dropped. He guided me through the process and explained to me why it was the best defense to use after examining all the evidence provided. He also told me that was his aim for my sitaution. All my questions were answered, and Alex had my best interests. He was easy to reach out to and was punctual with our scheduled calls. He was also very quick at responding to my emails and/or his assistant Stacey. I felt a lot of support from Alex’s side and felt he put his best effort to have my cases dismissed which amazingly came to happen.
