Summary of Customer Feedback: 1. Any other Law Firm is better, they'll give you a lawyer that wastes your time and money.2. Attorney Liz Hallock has been very very helpful and understanding through the whole court process. She is worth every penny! I would 100% recommend her. It was a long and extensive Family Law issue I was dealing with and she guided me effortlessly through the process.3. Este bufete es de lo mejor siempre al tanto con mi caso y a resolverlo. Los recomiendo.4. Horrible communication from David and never let us know anything that was going on. Didn’t show up to court dates and never informed us of anything. Never responded to emails or phone calls or even called back. Very disappointing took the money and never did anything to help us with the case5. My experience was not great. I hired them because Kimberly Powell had represented me before while I really liked. However, now that they’ve rebranded and Kimberly is gone, the communication has been horrible. I hired David Rose to represent me on a rather simple case. We spoke on the phone maybe 3 times each time he said he would email me the case plan and budget by end of day. I never received this email. Our agreement stated he would responded to calls and emails within 24-48 hours but I’ve been waiting months. I appeared for 3 different court appearances because neither him or his office communicated the hearings had been continued. I found out from the judge. After he missed our deadline, and the above mentioned experience I decided to hire someone else. I emailed David and accounting asking for a detailed accounting of hours billed and a return of the remaining balance in my trust. I asked him to forward my case to my new attorney. Instead David withdrew from representing me to the court but did not notify me, my new attorney, send me case documents to my new attorney or send me the requested accounting or return of my funds in the trust. He did not attend a single hearing or file anything with the courts in regard to my case other than notice to appear and notice to withdraw. He is refusing to return my money. Do not hire this attorney. He is just taking money, flat out stealing without providing any services. He has no business being an attorney.6. The legal team that I has was amazing!! As soon as I paid for services they got right to work and fought for everything they said they would. The staff was super compassionate and actually heard what I had to say, needless to say it was money well spent and totally worth it!!7. David Rose and Rose Slesher went above and beyond for my family on a restraining order case! I definitely recommend!8. I had a wonderful experience working with the team at PNW Family Law in Walla Walla! Quick and painless divorce process, and they showed they truely care about their clients. Definitely recommend for any family law related cases.9. They accomplished nothing for me. What a waist of money. I would have been better off without representation in court. Complete waist of money and time.10. Wasted four grand on a probono quality lawyer they will only get the paperwork done but if they are challenged by the other parties lawyer they do not fight for you. You will lose and the other parties will get everything they ask for.11. She’s worthless!!! I hired her for my lawyer and VERy disappointed in her! She never do anything for my divorce and custody! Not think about hire her for ur lawyer and waste ur time and money!! I had been VERy stressed out and drained my money too!12. I had a fantastic experience hiring Brian Andrews. He was conscious of my limited budget, treated me with compassion, and clearly communicated each step of our game plan. Brian’s whole team was effective and professional. Hiring Brian made all the difference in my legal battle and in my life. 10/10 would recommend and hire again!13. I love my legal team! Very helpful and professional, anytime I need help.14. I utilized the services of Attorney Kimberly Powell and Paralegal Rose Slusser. Two of my friends have used Ms. Powell and Ms. Slusser previously and they were satisfied with the outcome of their respective cases so I contacted Pacific Northwest Family Law. Ms. Powell and Ms. Slusser were very knowledgeable, caring and straightforward in answering all of my questions. They were both very timely in communicating with me throughout the whole process. After the initial face to face meeting most of the communication was through email or telephone which worked great for me as I work full time.
