Wonderful communication They helped me through a 10-month case, referred me to great doctors, and were very helpful and polite I can't recommend the advocates enough. Katie is such a blessing, I'm so happy I was able to work with her. I have recommended two of my family members to the advocates and they have also had a great experience. When I initially looked at reviews, the negative reviews were mostly people who didn't understand the process, first and foremost the advocates only get paid if you win a settlement so they will only take your case if it's going to pay out. Second, the process is not a quick process, there will be times when you won't have much communication with your attorney, they have other cases and unless there is any changes or updates they don't have a need to reach out every day or even every week. Understand this process can be slow especially after the initial steps have been taken. Trust the attorneys and their process. I was paid out the full amount limits from the at fault party's insurance and my under-insured benefit. They offered 38,000 upfront and that wasn't good enough so the advocates helped me reach what I felt was fair. I'm so happy I chose to work with the advocates and hope this review helps you understand the process so the negative reviews don't taint your willingness to call them if you've been in a car accident.
