After hearing my case via phone with the lady I was referred to, she said she would oversee the case and have someone else in the law firm take the case due to being overloaded with other cases. I was clear what kind of case I had and was still advised to meet with an attorney in thier office. I Was never advised to go to a small claims bodily injury attorney. After the meeting I was told I would receive my paper work back that following Monday. I waited all day Monday no call. I called Tuesday and no call or email. Called Wednesday morning and asked what is going on and was told again I would receive a call back. I needed my paper work back so I could move forward with the adjusters with my car accident claim. I called before they closed stating I need my paper work back. I decided just to go in and get my items in person and see why I am not receiving any responses or my paperwork back. 30 minutes after leaving the law firm I was messaged a denial letter for representation of my case and 500$ bill."
