Client Feedback Summary of Overcast Law Offices-NCW, PLLC: 1. Filing bankruptcy is not fun, but Kera Dexter at Overcast law made it as painless as possible. She was useful and professional throughout the process. Everyone at Overcast was friendly and professional. I would highly suggest them for bankruptcy. They helped me so much through a devastating time in my life that I cannot say enough good things- I am overwhelmed with gratitude! 2. Feedback: Went to ask information about a will that they had written for our client who is still alive. The beneficiary I went with was told that it was illegal to give him a copy of the will. A beneficiary of a will has the right to a copy by law! Then they said there are no lawyers in at the moment and that someone will call back, never received that phone call. My opinion is that this Lawyers firm is crooked and doesn't play by the rules set forth by United States Congress, where the state of Washington, or the city of Wenatchee. Don't waste your time here. I am deeply unfamiliar with the interworkings of real estate and the legalities involved, and Rani did an excellent job not only reassuring me and making me feel that I was heard, but also explaining to me in easy to understand terms what my rights were and what the process would be. She answered all my questions and advised me in a timely fashion, in addition to helping me decide what the best course of action would be. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and would recommend Rani to anyone needing legal counsel in the future. 12. Court appointed lawyer didn't even take the time to hear my side of case immediately presented me with a plea bargain which was a load of garbage. 14.
