Feedback Summary: We were transferred to True Law when our original lawyer Mr. Colvin retired. Mr. Colvin's paralegal, Rebecca, was also amazing. Transition was very smooth and professional! Would highly recommend their services to all. This office is great! Rebecca has it down to a T, and she answers emails within 24 hours, ALWAYS. It made it seem so much less painful than it felt walking through the door the first time. Thank you all so much for all you do! Efficient and knowledgeable attorneys. Professional and courteous office staff. Muy bueno Rebecca is amazing I thank her so much Horrible he doesn’t have communication at all. Takes weeks to email back if he does. Doesn’t call people back. Doesn’t listen to his clients at all 10 star ! Patrick and Ryan helped me with my situation. This law firm is amazing, great communication, very friendly. Friendly secretary and attentive to my details! You’ll get a response in a timely manner and you don’t have to chase them down for a response! Thank you Patrick! Ps the squatter is OUTTTTTT! ((More communication)) First off I would like to say they took care of my issue. of getting a POS squatter /renter off my premises, The frustration I had with this company is i paid couple thousand dollars to them, I need a little bit More communication. I called several times with several times being told I would get a call back and never did.. Eventually my questions were answered but a lot of flustration in the meantime.. The last part of my ranting here is... After the case was over and closed , I was getting bills from third parties such as people who serve the squatter.. The sheriff that goes out there..ect.. Not one time, did anyone ever say to me that money That I was giving them for my case. Did not go for any of this ...meanwhile, I got people knocking down my door wanting money and is just frustrating thinking few months later. That things are said and done And i'm still paying for it on top of the money I already paid them. My personal opinion is consolidate all the money into a payment. And you guys pay these other people directly and not your customer. You want repeat business in the future this is not how to get it..$80 here $100 there $80 over here... After it's been over with for months , not cool please try to correct this for future people leaving bad and negative reviews... Tell them the money they are paying you directly does not cover any of the serving fees or Sheriff fees. So they're not under the impression If nothing is changed at least. Again thank you for getting that nasty person out of my house l o l Very hard to get ahold of have email bunch of time asking for updates I never got one email, phone call , nothing back one star I would avoid this lawyer Great very professional I have email Patrick in many instances regarding one of his clients he is very unprofessional wont reply to emails or calls and front desk always says they will pass the message on and yet nothing this issue was over a year ago and still on going. And lack of information unless I have an attorney they won't talk to me Very thankful to Pat, Herlinda, and the rest of the team at True Law Group! True law helped my family get the job done. Worst service ever they treat you with no respect....do not use this lawer....I have houses for rent and I used this lawer...never had time for me and the secretary treat me with no respect...I had to beg them so I can talk to the lawyer Good Lawyer, hired 2 times
