Customer Feedback Summary 0 stars by far the worst! Be wary with how Brooke sneaks in the fees after the retainer. Outrageous. What should have been a month or so dragged on for months resulting in thousands more. Keep track of the time frame. My fault. Thank you Jodi and Claudia. My husbands permanent residency got approved in under a year. They are professional and communicate clearly. Their support and legal knowledge helped simplify the complex process, leading to a successful outcome. Being responsive and thorough they helped us be well prepared through out the entire process. Great to work with and helped with everything needed.Definitely would recommend! Working with Jodi and her team has been one of the best decisions I made during my journey to applying for permanent residency. From the very beginning, she was incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring that every step of my case was handled with care and precision. What stood out to me the most was her integrity and genuine dedication—I always felt I could trust her 100%. They helped my husband apply for Legal Permanent Status, then they helped him become a US Citizen. They also helped my mom become a Legal Permanent Resident in less than a year! My mom had seen 5 different attorneys and was told they couldn’t help her. When we went to Jodi and Claudia, my mom was not expecting much but when she was told she could become a LPR, we could not believe it. A few months later, my mom now has her green card. I only recommend Jodi and Claudia to my friends and family. Worked with Jodi and Claudia and let me tell you they are the best at what they do. Great team that i definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Washington State Bar Association should be involved. My mom cried when she had to withdraw her case because of these people. Worst attorneys I’ve ever seen. Very disrespectful and money-grabbing. Only good word to say is that Jodi knew what she was talking about. I believe not all people at the firm are bad. Yakima Law's legal expertise and management of delicate matters with poise and efficiency sets them apart.
