The transformation of ideas into shape is design. In some cases, design may refer to the shape itself. Forming your life is not only influenced by design but also, in some instances, is designed. Design and drawing services are provided to a homeowner or home builder who requires a new home. We may also go to the client's home or office to discuss the project. The preliminary design process begins with a review of the site, rough sketch, budget, different lifestyle, goals, dreams, and aspirations. A site layout sketch may be created if this is appropriate. The preliminary design includes floor plans and elevations to show the client the concept. When the initial design has been accepted and revised by the client, we add all missing details to the plans to allow the client to get a good building estimate. Floor plan, foundation plan, exterior elevations, and any other construction design details are included. Dimensions, door and window sizes, and ceiling height styles and fixtures are all included.
