John F. Kerscher, founder, is a graduate of Marquette University, where he obtained his B.A. in politics in 1968 and his J.D. in 1972. With over thirty years of experience in civil and criminal litigation, he has represented many cases. For example, he argued for a Plaintiff-Appellant in the case of Sorenson v. Jarvis 119 Wis.2d 627. 350 N.W. 2d 108 (Wis. 1984). His practice areas include personal injury, estate planning, probate, asset protection, and real estate. John is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Federal District Court Trial Bars for the Eastern District Courts of Wisconsin. He is also a judicial court commissioner for Racine County. His community service is extensive. Past affiliations include the American Cancer Society Racine County (past chairman and board member), Racine Jaycees (past chairman and board member), Board Member and Chairperson Town of Caledonia Fire and Police commissioner. John is active in the church and currently serves as a member of the board for MARCO Services, Inc., a center for drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and Peter's Pantry, a food pantry that provides non-profit meals.
