Reviews for Mood salon: 1. After I looked through some Yelp reviews, I picked Mood to handle hair color. This is true, people! I got a sick blue color and got a ton of compliments. The entire customer service aspect is amazing. Such a fantastic salon and company. We will return as soon as possible to get highlights with either Krista or another colorist. It's good to shop locally. 2. **Warning, super long, enthusiastic review!** Best experience I've had in ages. I was treated with the utmost respect and joy. Krista did my coloring and it is FANTASTIC! She is very kind and the results were stunning. I know the shop is beautiful, but the thoughtful staff made a huge impact. I'm happy I signed up for the all-time great customer service from Krista. We laughed and she gave me great advice as usual. Tried a new violet/blue style and I can say purple. The owner (Carly?) and her staff would not stop thanking me or helping me out with questions. Krista was honest with me the whole time about how much I would spend and the time it would take. I came to Mood for the first time and I was paired with Krista. Let me tell you it was a GREAT decision! The salon is warm and inviting with a friendly staff, and Krista is phenomenal. I had red dye on that she was able to strip and tint back to my natural throughout bottom and give me a gorgeous balayage. I could not have asked for more. This was my first time having color, so I was a little scared but Krista totally put me at ease. I happened upon Mood and I could not be happier with my service. I got this really great cut and I've gotten soo many compliments over the last few weeks. LOVED it! I felt pampered and special from the moment I walked in. My stylist Krista was an angel! Very professional and talented. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for. If you are thinking about switching salons, I definitely recommend Mood. My hair hasn't looked and felt so good in years. They have a new customer for life! Can't wait to go back in a few months to freshen up my color for summer! 12. I am being 100% honest when I say this, the outcome of my appointment at Mood was PERFECT. Perfect service, perfect hair, perfect experience. I feel completely in love with the knowledgeable and kind professionals that I met there; it was perfect! The stylist was very thorough and friendly. I felt like a friend she had not seen in a long time; I was so comfortable! I love how willing she was to offer advice when I asked; I am the type of person who works off healthy criticism. She also asked simple questions to ensure that I left feeling like I got what I wanted; she even spent an extra 30 minutes on me! I left looking and feeling great; we referred art and strange things to each other, it was awesome! The best thing that gave me hope and the motivation to come back was that I left without any complaints! People kept giving me compliments and even saying they would go there. This one lady loved my hair so much she actually asked for Krista's business card. Who does that! I had such an AMAZING experience at Mood downtown. Go; I promise you will be happy that you did.
