The general view of the gym is positive, including mention of cleanliness and size. Experiences of the gym were mainly good. The affordability and new machines bought by the gym impressed the customers. They liked the community of positive and encouraging people, but still, some of them found it hard to get a guaranteed personal trainer, or the gym was not busy. Most disliked the management that was neglectful, and they felt lied to and unfairly treated. Members of the staff are helpful and polite. It is an area where everyone can work out, young or old with a friendly atmosphere and people who help one to be better. Finally, the gym got praised for its cleanliness and spacing out, especially in these times when COVID has affected almost all businesses.
