DeWitt LLP Customer Feedback Summary 1. Amber Horozewski, your legal clerk, involves herself in other individuals children’s well being. She receives hundreds in child support yet cannot provide beds for two little girls and a little boy. She cannot give legal advice as she is not an attorney, and I am not a Dewitt client. She is the only Dewitt employee I am speaking of. 2. Kacy!!! It’s number one in my book, legitimately stays in contact with me supports and keep me updated. This is a firm group who I would suggest to family members or friends tremendously five stars 3. We are so thankful for Lindsey at Dewitt in Brookfield. She was thorough and kind and caring and professional and navigated very difficult situations with us and for us. We highly recommend her and this law firm! 4. We cannot recommend or thank Lindsey Anderson enough. She is a wonderful lawyer - professional, detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. She was great at keeping us updated on the process in a timely manner and explaining everything to us thoroughly so we completely understood. I don’t recommend anyone to use one lawyer - whose name I will review one fine day with evidence- because she abrasive, rude, disorganized, costly. Shawn is costly too but he delivers! She guided us in bringing closure to our mother's estate. 7. When I worked with Lindsey, she showed me that her knowledge and expertise is second to none. After a lengthy and complicated divorce, Lindsey Anderson represented me. From the start, I saw that she was skilled, knowledgeable, and quick at issue resolution. And what really made her stand out was her care and concern for me as an individual. She put in the effort to give me the best possible resolution, and I really felt she meant it. 12. Although I didn’t hire this firm to represent me, my ex hired Lindsey Anderson to represent her in our custody case. This attorney always had terrible or no correspondence about the case. until 5:30 on Thursday, the day after the court date she set up for our hearing. I never received a call, text, or email about my case until the day after the court date. In our case, the commissioner asked her why she didn’t inform the opposing party, which was me, about the court date. She claimed that was because she knew I was aware. This is not true; I was not aware.enuity, Lindsey put together a good strategy that resolved the case there. Her final tactics and understanding of the situation helped me a lot. Note: If building a case or gesture, please don’t use Lindsey Anderson as your legal counsel. 13. I have always had a positive experience working with the great lawyers at Dewitt. I have used them for my business (contracts), intellectual property law, employment law, etc. All of their attorneys are highly qualified and very professional. 14. Their services are a scam. Be careful they charge you for phone calls when you are just trying to set up an appointment for a consultation. My parents got an 1100 dollar bill apparently just to listen and not take their case. 15. Do not go to this law firm. I hired Douglas Frazer and he did nothing to alleviate my tax burden with the IRS. He did not stop the wage garnishments and levies. He took my $4000 retainer fee and did nothing. In addition, I am now getting bills from his office. What a scam!
