Not only did she help me set up my small business with EASE in 2023, but she then also handled my prenup in 2025 with my business in mind. She is thorough, straight to the point and easy to talk to. She has also always gotten back to me in a timely manner when I reach out to her. Highly recommend her and her team! Attorney Amy Drout was assigned to my custody case as guardian ad litem in late 2024. While I was optimistic at first, I soon realized that all Amy was doing was collecting paychecks like most attorneys from what I've come to realize. The issues I brought forward were largely disregarded. There was an extremely obvious lack of care for my son's well being after many contacts about the issues involving my son and myself because of the other party. These were a near constant occurrence during the case and still are after the case. "Co-parenting issues" was the term used by Amy to get out of actually having to do any real work on the case. Do not recommend whatsoever if you are a parent who cares about your child's best interests. Plenty of other lawyers elsewhere. Any customer can reach out to me to discuss this further. Michelle was professional, easy to talk to, answered all my emails in a timely manner and worked very hard for me. After the matter was settled I was reimbursed money from the retaining fee so I felt like she was very fair with her charges. Recently there was another situation that I thought I might need to hire her again. She took time and even did some research on the matter while I was trying to decide if I needed to hire her. I highly recommend Michelle!& Attorney Fitzgerald has helped me mediate both my divorce and then renegotiate terms a decade later. Both times she has handled the challenges presented with skill and creativity. She helped both of us walk away feeling good about the overall terms. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Michelle enough! I wasn't impressed or thrilled. It felt like my case was not a priority to Michelle as paperwork wasn't completed with any sense of urgency. Several of her emails to me started with "sorry for the delay..." One meeting she was babysitting an infant during and another she was training a dog. I received 0 coaching before hearings, and felt like there was no initiative on her part to prepare me for how things go or what to expect. Perhaps she is a stellar trial attorney, but all the things that come before.... meh. One of the worst trial law firms around. Should be the cheapest firm around but instead very expensive and predatory. Unethical and will blatantly lie straight to your face. Over charges and refuses to follow your wishes. I cannot say enough about this woman, Attorney Michelle Fitzgerald is on top of her game every day and can definitely be trusted to do what she says she is going to do. Not only did she pick up my time-sensitive and messy probate situation in mid-crisis (on the first call attempt), but she went above and beyond to treat our situation with high priority, vigilant attention, confident action, and time-critical urgency on the daily. As someone who was in desperate need of legal services in a pinch, Michelle's competency, integrity, and guidance has helped our grieving family tremendously in times of great vulnerability and discord. You'd be hard pressed to find this kind work ethic or customer service anywhere else in the States anymore. We are beyond grateful and forever impacted by your justice. Michelle was so amazing.
