Walcheske & Luzi, LLC are terrible! They don’t return calls or email! Don’t believe them they will make promises then break them. They were also notifying me about the case late and rushing deadlines on me etc. Scott is terrible lawyer. Please stay away from this firm. He keeps trying to make me settle for basically nothing after promising my case was a slam dunk. I believe he worked a deal with the government the side he’s very dishonest and untrustworthy. (1 stars). Attorney Luzi came recommended by another attorney that I have used successfully in another area of law. I was poised as to the area of law that Attorney Luzi specializes in. Unfortunately, after leaving voicemails for Attorney Luzi, every day for 3 days, Attorney Luzi couldn't find the time to return my calls. There are other attorneys out there so my recommendation is to look elsewhere, as Attorney Luzi doesn't appear interested in new cases. (2 stars). David and the team did an amazing job. Walcheske & Luzi vastly outperformed my previous representation, and it was less expensive. Lawyers are the worst, but I can't say enough good things about David. Thank you!!! (5 stars). James and his law firm are truly the BEST!! We highly recommend them for all your work related issues. James won our case and is extremely knowledgeable and motivated to help his clients. (5 stars). Luzi and Walcheske have been an invaluable asset to me both personally and professionally over the past 8 years. They are well versed in EPL issues, and particularly the best approach to use in the state vs federal situations. They communicate promptly regardless of your preference (phone, text, email) and provide as much or as little detail as you want. Pricing is transparent and very fair. They are intelligent but also wise - they know when to hold 'em and they know when to fold 'em. Kind and knowledgeable, and a permanent contact in my book! (5 stars) Unfortunately only leaving 1 star, due to the fact I felt like I was made a few promises from the attorney I had working on a case for me, and his partner. When I initiated my case with the partner, I was told the attorneys fees for my case would be a lot less from what was finalized, instead they were exactly what my case settled for. I also was told by the attorney that my settlement final would be much more than it was. At first, I felt like they were taking care of me at a fair rate from my first sit down with the partner of the firm and my initial discussions with the actual attorney. When things were finally coming too an end, they made it sound like they were going to be more aggressive on the case and instead they got the same cut I did in the end which was a lot more than I initially agreed on and made me feel like I was used and lied too for a bigger amount on the firm's end. After stopping in last week and letting the partner know I was upset and felt like I was lied too he said he would let the attorney know and contact me right away, and I have yet to been contacted which makes me feel like I was used on this case and that is pretty unprofessional. I'm not likely to recommend this firm in the future. (1 star) Matt Toban (Seth Rogen. Lol) was a very intelligent and down to earth attorney. I would recommend him most definitely. He really knows his stuff when it’s came to my FMLA case. (2 stars) Helpful lawyers. (5 stars)
