I called for help and the receptionist was rude, unhelpful, wouldn't let me talk with an attorney to ask if they could help me with an important case, wouldn't even let me ask the attorney if they could refer me to someone else that could help me if they couldn't. I've worked in the medical field my whole life helping people and this receptionist is the most UNHELPFUL, COMBATIVE, RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever interacted with. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH UNHELPFUL, UNKIND people 2. As a mother of 4 children, it became increasingly important to plan for the unexpected. Putting together a will can be an unnerving task, but Amy Matuszak thoroughly explained all the legalese, offered suggestions and made me feel very comfortable with the outcome. I made sure to follow her as a client when she opened her own firm to ensure we have someone we can trust for any future questions regarding this important documentation. 3. Beyond unprofessional, half the time Amy Matuzak looks like she just crawled out of bed. Very poor communication. Would take weeks to reply. JUST DID NOT CARE. Would not recommend. 4. Not responsive takes weeks to reply does not do anything that is asked of her. Amy Matuzsak basically took the liberty to make all the calls in a custody dispute case and lost terribly til we asked her to withdraw. Have all the emails that were sent and never received a reply from her. But she sure sends her invoices on time each week. She did absolutely nothing. Feel free to message me for proof of everything she didn’t do and still expects to get paid. Run the other way if you’re a guy fighting for his child with all the proof in the world against the other parent. Basically did all the investigative work for her and she failed terribly. 5. I highly recommend M & M Law. Attorney Amy took over my case midway through my divorce proceedings and provided exceptional service throughout. She was consistently prompt, thorough in her follow-ups, and always ensured that my preferences were considered in every decision. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made a difficult process much more manageable. 6. I had Ellen Matyas as a Guardian ad litem in my divorce from 2021-2022. Despite being a high conflict divorce she prioritized making sure the children had 50/50 placement with both parents. There were some ups and downs, but my attorney was able to work with Ellen and get things done in the best interest of the children. Family court and GALs can be a nightmare for some people, however I feel Ellen is just in her work. 7. In 2024 I wanted to retire but I was paying $3100 per month in Maintenance which was garnished from my paycheck. So I hired an attorney in May to get my maintenance reduced or eliminated I spent $5800 with first attorney who accomplished nothing so I fired him and was going to resolve it myself but it’s far to complicated. I retained Amy a week before my next hearing she rescheduled the hearing 10 days later, and in that time she was able to get my maintenance reduced to $679 per month. I would highly recommend her for any of your legal matters she was very informative and efficient. 8. Attorney Ellen & her staff are amazing people & have been working very hard for me & my kids. She fights for what’s right & doesn’t give up until it’s corrected. Ellen is very professional & puts my mind at ease. I greatly appreciate Attorney Ellen & her staff. To God be the Glory! 9. Ellen is AMAZING! I was very impressed with her attentiveness, care and professionalism I received. Ellen made me comfortable and confident I had the absolute best on my side for my divorce.
