Feedback can be summarized as follows: Happy with the auto accident representation I received here. This is a long process, and Jay Heit went to bat for me; he got all my medical bills reduced. He also reduced his costs due to some minor clerical errors that happened during the case. It was very professional and stand up, something very rare these days. A bit of a rocky start with Katrina. Returned my call 7 days later to say for $100 Stephanie Sinn would have a 30 minute phone call to figure things out and then her hourly rate would be $350. However, on the following call, I had to remind Katrina that I was not calling for the prices for the service, she was providing information for something I didn’t ask about, and the rate changed to a $600 flat fee. I was provided the information that I asked for but this was kind of odd to me. So, I don't know if I should trust the fact that I was given the wrong information the first time I called or they gave me the right information the first time. Worked with Kevin; I had a great experience. Professional, worked hard, got things done. I would recommend him as he is good at what he does. I also worked with Kevin’s team, which was great; if I need a lawyer in the future, I will be a repeat customer. I was happy with what they did for me, so I won’t hesitate to be served by the firm again. The team at the firm is excellent! They worked closely with me to gain a substantial settlement, which other EC area offices felt was unachievable. Those others lost sense that it isn’t easy to win a case, and it will also cost you more. I had a closer to 6-digit loss, but, ya know,ellschaft, and I'm happy to find Jay & Beth at EC Herrick & Hart. They just get it, and get it done! My case was also well done and timely. Kevin Dague was great to work with – knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence every step of the way.
