Summary of customer feedback 1. Jeff is a Great Guy to work with!! 2. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. 3. Second time using him currently... he is so thorough he remembered details from first case years ago! Great man to work with. And the front desk lady is so sweet always understanding and very helpful. 4. His words To me--- WE FIGURED YOU WERE GOING TO TRY FOR MORE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. It was almost like he was in collaboration with the company instead of working for me. Upon finding out the insurance company didnt pay all of the bills from the first 3 appts of the claim which was 2 yrs ago even though i submitted them at time of visit and 3 months after(amazing by the way the bills didnt come again til after the settlement) i sent copies to him and got this response WE figured you were going to try for more money in your pocket. WE ..HE WROTE.. And the whole thing is an insult towards me. I just wanted to be compensated for medical liability and loss of income. More money in my pocket nope to pay the bills the insurance company should have paid 2 years ago. 5. Worst Attorney ever. Went for a quick buck instead of the clients best interest. Avoid this law firm!
