The 3rd appt was also cx at 959 am, eppt at 10, due to an emergency! I said I’d call to reschedule. The lady called back and said could we do something for 2 hours and come in at 12? At that point I said no, we would find someone else! We drove there for an hour on unplowed roads, blinding snow, freezing rain! In the finish it cost us $158 for a tow bill for another cx visit!
