Client Feedback: It's been a nightmare hiring this attorney, and they did nothing for us but keep 2500.00 dollars. They did not do one thing for us, not even meet with us BEWARE PEOPLE. I hired Lakeside Legal Services (Jeremy Vanderloop) and he never met me, didn’t know my case until I had to chase him down, and did nothing he promised. After I fired him, I’ve gotten no refund, no accounting, and no response despite repeated calls and emails. Completely unprofessional — I’m filing a grievance with the Wisconsin OLR. The Jeremy and staff are great. Jeremy is a tireless worker and truly cares; Got his money and was no help whatsoever. Ex isn’t working by choice and got to pick child support based off of last years income not the current income which is significantly lower. Lawyer didn’t say anything to help; Jeremy is an extremely knowledgeable and hard working attorney. I recommend him to everyone I know that is looking for an attorney, and would absolutely use him in the future. The Jeremy is upfront and easy to talk to. He listens and asks the right questions. I have a very unique case and he is willing to fight for me. Attorney Vanderloop and his staff are top-notch professionals. I would and will recommend them to anyone. You'll get a Better out come with a public defender. called to ask some questions. I was actually referred to him. was told I would receive a call back and never did. I get time is money as a business owner myself didn't expect handmeouts. but if he could not help with my first set of questions maybe he could help with others. not a client but possibly could have been; Jeremy and lee helped with the sale of our home and we could not ask for better service I would recommend them to anyone. they even worked on our will. Never calls back. If I could pick a -0 I would; They were very helpful; Jeremy advised me on the purchase of real estate. He helped me understand risk/reward, tax implications, and how to protect myself. In particular, I appreciated the way he qualified the domains of his expertise.
