Before I met John, I never thought I would be so grateful for a home inspection. He helped me realize what I was about to buy wasn’t my dream house, but actually a nightmare. His inspection report was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever read. The report had very clear pictures with descriptions of defects and safety hazard, with recommendations on the next steps needed. John also has many services available on his website, such as thermal imaging, drone assisted roof inspection, and sewer scopes, but he’ll let you know if certain services aren’t need or won’t be helpful. He doesn't try to up-sell you. John treats all of his customers like he would his own family, and makes sure every home inspection is thorough. I cannot recommend Badger Pro Home Inspection enough. He’s made a lifelong customer out of me, and my family as well.
