Curt & John Larscheid started Bayland Transport Inc. on June 28, 1988. We are a refrigerated load carrier that hauls all varieties of commodities in the food distribution sector. Our market includes hauling goods to and from various states, with good company relationships. Bayland Transport Inc. is a fast-paced trucking company that is continuously growing with a positive attitude, employing 30+ employees. The company was bought in September 2021 by the current owners,  local people, and have grown it since then, and continue to run it. Curt & John Larscheid established the company and took over the established customer base and a few drivers. They expanded the driver network to serve our loyal customers. It is locally-owned and managed with the core values of safety, service, loyalty, commitment, and relationships. We believe issues can be resolved through ease of access and communications. Disputes will be settled through equal negotiations to benefit both parties. Bayland's drivers are always in our minds as we decide what is best. We treat our drivers with respect, as they are the backbone of the trucking company. Since we started the business in 1988, the majority of our customers continue to support us. They keep coming back to us because of the quality service we deliver and the meaningful relationships we maintain with our clients. Our dispatchers have more than 20 years of experience in the industry and are competent. We rely on their wealth of knowledge to maintain efficient workflows that benefit the drivers and make them happy. We have a shop with certified mechanics that take care of our trucks. The mechanics in our shop are excellent at their.job. The cleanliness of our trucks is also maintained by our wash bays.
