David Werley earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, his master's degree in Public Policy and Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul Minnesota. David graduated Magna cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and was the student commencement speaker at graduation.
