The contact from Carolyn before the work and by Joel on site while we were away on vacation was much appreciated. The team communicated what they were doing and why. I would not hesitate to hire them again! Review 2: Amazing Service This company is nothing short of amazing. Everything went so smoothly from the very beginning with the initial estimate, to the crew showing up, to the completion of work. The communication was great, as Carolyn was just a text message away. The team foreman, Joel, was very knowledgeable and has many decades of experience in the roofing industry, truly an expert at his craft. I will definitely be using their service for any future projects and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!! Review 3: Top Company Carolyn, Joel, and the Flash crew are wonderful! A storm ripped a large chunk of shingles from our roof very unexpectedly. Carolyn came out the very next morning within hours of my call to give me her opinion on replace vs repair. After Carolyn’s professional opinion and finding out that we likely had substantial insurance coverage for a new roof, we ended up settling on a full replacement. Joel came to the house the same day soon after to apply a tarp over the damage. Carolyn spent a lot of time assisting us in picking out the new roof and shingles over a few weeks, and the Flash crew replaced our roof within only a few weeks of the initial damage. The time, care, responsiveness, attention to detail, kindness, and diligence from the entire team from start to finish was outstanding! Review 4: Flash Roofing A+ I would highly recommend “Flash Roofing!” I got a few estimates and they offered the most choices and best value for my money. Excellent communication, a firm start date given and completed quickly and cleanly in two days! I did not have to worry about anything and job was done. Very polite and courteous foreman and crew, and they were all very respectful to my property! I will be recommending them to friends and family after finding out they do siding as well. Review 5: A+ Flash Roofing & Repairs Our new roof looks fantastic!! I cannot say enough good things about FLASH Roofing & Repairs!! They were the most thorough inspection and good estimate we got, nice to work with, great whenever we have had questions (and I had A LOT)! The crew was awesome and clean from start to finish to property! And they were not asked to help my hubby with the furnace flue and still the foreman helped him from above!! It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to home repairs; this company did just that! More work will definitely be coming their way!
