If he got lower, it's because the client wasn't satisfied with their own expectation of what they wanted the outcome to be, not reasonable or realistic! he is very busy and has a high caseload but so does every other attorney. He does make you feel comfortable and as relaxed as he can. But the judge is the person that makes the final decision and no attorney is going to change that. I was very assured that I would receive "the minimum sentence of 7 days”, but the judge wants to set an example out of me for some reason because of my background or something? That is the judge's call, not the attorneys. Anyways, thank you so much for representing me Mr. Parise and Mickey! It was such a long couple of months! On another note Mickey enjoys a hot bowl of soup or a chai tea on a cold winter day. ***DO NOT HIRE. CHOOSE THIS MAN IF YOU'D LIKE TO RECEIVE THE MAX SENTENCE. HIRED FOR MY 3RD OWI.
