Customer Review Highlights: Not satisfied at all.  The are making are family lose easier to work through however. Quick, professional.  Dorothy is always very professional and to the point... She doesn't waste your time or hers on the phone!  I put off creating a will for a long time because I didn't know where to start. I contacted this firm and after answering some questions, all I had to do was go in and sign. Not all are that easy, but I'm thankful for the guidance and simplicity!  Excellant experience! I also dealt with Dorthy, found her to be a bully. I wouldn't repeat some of the things she said to me cause she could claim they are fabricated they are so outrageous.  Get ever thing written otherwise it won't be honored. Argued in court she deserved a raise cause she did more then 30 hours work. Posted signs and sent letters that I was not to take anything from the house and then proceeded to throw everything away, except for some guns that when I asked her she who she sold them too she told me she "forgot" ???  She mentioned many times she comes from a hunting family. She even filed an eviction on me even after I left before the deadline they gave me. I was the only caretaker for my father for 3 years, but was given no respect. They argued that I should of paid rent and take care of the estate with my own money. I dealt with Dorothy, whom I would not recommend at all.  She was the lawyer who already had set up the quick claim for my father.  My dad would have been appauled at how she treated me.  She was very biased and very condescending!!!  Dorothy had no idea what my financial status was but yelled at me and told me that I should sell my half of the house to my brother because I could not financially afford to carry the cost until the house was ready to sell.  She yelled at me on several occasions.  If you are interested in a fair, unbiased attorney then this woman is defiantly not for you!!   I have never been spoken to as an adult by another so called adult like this in my life!  It was already a very emotional time, just losing my Dad, and she made the experience a hell of a lot worse!!!  She has no social skills what so ever.  If I wouldn't have been in the state of mind I was in I would have got my own attorney to fight her, but my brother hired her and my Dad didn't want any fighting between ourselves so I didn't do my due dilligence, and just gave in, stupid me.
