Capitol City is a co-op of five artisans who each have their own style, approach, and passion. We started our doors to the public on July 1, 2000, and every day since we have had Madison’s coolest and warmest humans sitting in our seats. Ask the artist concerning your next tattoo and then sit in our chairs from the co-op to get an everlasting memory.
