On-site supervision is available. We offer premium salaries and benefits, including those in the region's top 10 percent. We pay Madison Painters by the hour, not "my job." This gives them no incentive to hurry or make a mistake. We also provide ongoing education and training to ensure that our Madison Painters are up-to-date with all the current painting techniques, standards, and the constantly changing federal, state, and local painting codes.
