SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

The reviews for the Madison Bike Center are overwhelmingly positive. Customers are impressed by the low prices and friendly staff. They value above-average service like a comprehensive tune-up or extra repairs at the same cost. The New Bike Center, which is near downtown Madison, offers high-quality, convenient service, a new and well-organized facility, and classes for community members keen on bike repair. The company's non-profit status and its history with affordable bikes and inexpensive repair are also laudable, and classes at the Centers are beneficial, with some people improving their bike maintenance knowledge through classes. The classes are very beneficial and recommended for those that are interested in learning bicycle repair. The reviews reflect great customer satisfaction and willingness to come back in the future.
