Reviews of Ridge Top Exteriors Customer reviews: 1. Ridge Top initially came out to replace a roof that had been recently replaced by another contractor but leaked like a sieve when it rained. They came back out and replaced the entire roof after it had been damaged by golf-ball-sized hail. Our sales rep was Danny and he was great at communicating. We had zero issues the second time around. Our appointment was at 7:00 am and the crew showed up promptly and got to work. The crew was very well organized and efficient when removing the old roof. The mess was minimized and they were able to get the new roof on in a timely manner. There was a lot going on in my neighborhood during our roof replacement and the supervisor, Matt, was responsive to any questions I had and was on-site for most of the day. I was also impressed by how clean the crew was. They did several sweeps for debris and nails throughout the day, and cleaned up the littlest pieces of trash. Both the house and garage were completed in one day, and it was a relief that we didn't have to worry about our garage looking worse than our house if someone had needed to come inside for something. In summary, we are extremely happy with our new roof. Thanks again for your professional work - happy to spread the word when given the opportunity. Accommodating schedule. Did door-to-door salesman door to door, which wasn't appreciated. But overall everything went well.
