Customer feedback summary (Marquette): Unrequited, defecting the Superior Lakeshore; (Midwest projects): Stevens Construction shirt and tie staff are disrespectful. They have no manners. They are discourteous and unprofessional and as a result untrustworthy. Stunning. (Lake Front Apartments in Madison, WI): Poorly organized job sites let trash blow throughout the neighborhood. They don’t follow building permit requirements. They also pump waste water directly into the lakes. Poorly run sites with little care for the surroundings. (worldwide): Stevens is the best company in the world. (Fitchburg, WI): These guys came to work on my apartment and left their heavy equipment all over my place, including blocking doors. They also did not put my furniture back where they moved it from. They consistently left my place a mess and took forever to get back with updates. Would not recommend hiring them due to these things. (Madison, WI): This company treated us like garbage. I was part of the team of painters on one of their projects in Madison, the standard an apartment building, the project manager, the project engineer, and some of their superintendents of Stevens, they were too hostile and racist against us, all the time threatening to fire us if we didn't work overtime, weekends, and holidays, only Hispanic workers worked long hours, and all the time we received harassment, shouts from the management of Stevens. This company must change the treatment they give to Latino workers, the union should support us, or some government agency should take action against them. (Fitchburg, WI): I want to share the amazing experience we have had with this company. My daughter won the playhouse from building Madison construction event in Fitchburg, and we are so excited! The company has been so pleasant and helpful throughout the whole experience. They definitely went above and beyond for my daughter and for that I am grateful! Thank you again!!!! (Madison): Screws and nails litter the property neighboring their construction site, I must drive through for my job multiple times a day. I walk around looking for them to save my tires. I finally got a screw in my tire, despite bringing this to their attention multiple times. If anybody knows where the management of this company lives, please throw screws and nails in their driveway. (worldwide): The large amount of reviews saying that the management is Racist to their Latino (Spanish?) employees specifically is very concerning, it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, some government agency should take action against them. (Lake Front Apartments in Madison, WI): this company is abusing the rights of the employees, they yell at them and make them feel less and they also do not supervise responsibly. Stay away from these people. (worldwide): Terrible work, never again. (Fitchburg, WI): Dont even use this company horrible service and they are racism for no reason. (Madison): Racist people treat their Spanish employees like animals don’t recommend this company low moral and ethics shame on this company shame Google don’t have mines 3 stars option. (Fitchburg): Check out TikTok very bad respect for employee/laborers.
