I have not had the (dis)pleasure of dealing with Top Level Property Management yet. I was seriously considering a few properties they manage, but after reading the negative reviews—and more importantly, how this company responds to criticism—I am absolutely stunned. Threatening community members on Google Reviews with legal action over a negative review? That is beyond unacceptable—it’s a blatant intimidation tactic meant to silence honest feedback. Two separate reviewers have already been threatened—it makes me wonder how many others felt pressured to remove their reviews. Instead of addressing valid complaints, this company’s responses suggest they are more focused on suppressing criticism than actually improving their services. Their dismissive attitude toward tenants, sluggish response times, and complete lack of accountability are already massive red flags. But their aggressive, defensive handling of negative feedback? That seals the deal—this is not a company worth trusting. If you’re looking for a property management company that values integrity, transparency, and basic professionalism, look elsewhere. Thanks to Google Reviews, I dodged a bullet. And forget the Better Business Bureau—this company isn’t even accredited with them! Instead, I’ll be reaching out to the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection, which investigates Wisconsin businesses. Top Level Property Management needs to be held accountable for its intimidation tactics against community members. To those who have been threatened: Google the "Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA)." You have the legal right to post honest opinions and reviews online, and no company should be allowed to bully you into silence.
